Tasks with responsibility:


1 Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationship and continue improve customer Loyalty.

2 Be the owner and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned products through monthly sales pipeline management.

3 Maintain Sales volume, product mix and selling price to make sure regional business keep growth healthy.

4 Effectively communicate with value proposition through sales tool and help customer growth with Sembor

5 Implement regional sales plan to achieve the sales target by expand more customer base and enhance the approach to Sembor

6 Develop and work close with local dealer team to make sure enough sales force to manage local customer through HOMAG solution.

7 Provide market feedback including the competitor information and industry trend to sales manager.

Main competency
1 Proven Sales experience, consistently meet sales target.
 有丰富的销售经验,持续完成销售目标.

2 2 years or more of machine industry background work experience, preferably in mechanical or electrical fields, with a certain level of English communication skills
 2年及以上设备行业销售工作经验,机械或电气专业优先,有一定的英语沟通能力

3 Prefer to familiar with wooden machine, with a general understanding of product technology and customer technical requirements.
 熟悉木工机械设备优先,对产品技术和客户技术需求有一定的理解

4 Strong communication and coordination skills, with strong resilience to support the achievement of target numbers.
具有较强沟通和协调能力,具有较强的抗压性来支持目标数字的达成

5 Teamwork ability, resilience, and commitment, Integrity, Customer Oriented, with certain management experience and business sense

6 Willing to travel and leading problem-solving in front line.
